Waldo County closed cases
BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court March 18-24.
Matthew J. Nevells, 28, of Bucksport, criminal mischief in Waldo March 2, 2024, $250 fine.
Harold Lavin, 67, of Monroe, assault in Monroe April 27, 2024, dismissed.
Michael L. Whitten, 53, of South Thomaston, operating under the influence in Belfast Aug. 11, license suspended for 150 days and $2,000 fine.
Christopher McKee, 48, of Camden, violating a protective order in Searsmont Nov. 8, seven days in jail.
Marty L. Small, 44, of South China, night hunting in Montville Nov. 25, dismissed; shooting from a vehicle in Montville Nov. 25, one day in jail and $1,000 fine.
Andrew J. Riley, 37, of Swanville, operating under the influence in Monroe Jan. 4, dismissed; reckless conduct in Monroe Jan. 4, $1,500 fine.
Chad I. Nickerson, 47, of Swanville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Morrill Nov. 25, $150 fine.
Corbin Davis, 18, of Frankfort, two counts of attaching false plates in Winterport Nov. 2, and Dec. 11, $150 fine for each count.
Amy L. Drown, 51, of Warren, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Dec. 29, $250 fine and $20 restitution.
Dayshaun Hightower, 20, of Belfast, attaching false plates in Belfast Dec. 17, $100 fine.
Joshua Hustus, 49, of Montville, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Belfast Dec. 31, $300 fine.
Martin W. Long, 39, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Jan. 5, $150 fine.
Jeremy C. Bennett, 37, of Knox, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Jackson March 17, five days in jail and $400 fine.
Adam Chalmers, 55, of Lincolnville, hunting from a stand or blind overlooking deer bait in Lincolnville Nov. 18, $500 fine; placing bait to entice deer in Lincolnville Nov. 18, $500 fine.
Jeremy Chalmers, 50, of Lincolnville, hunting from a stand or blind overlooking deer bait in Lincolnville Nov. 11, $500 fine; placing bait to entice deer in Lincolnville Nov. 11, $500 fine.
