The Rockland Poetry Peers, a group of writers, meets on the first Tuesday of the month, at 6 p.m., in the Board Room of the Rockland Public Library, primarily focused on poetry (with other genres welcome). 

Poetry Peers offers community, encouragement, and supportive critique, and uses an optional choice of prompts to spark creativity, according to a library news release.

The group is facilitated by Laurence Anne and Catherine Dowdell, and is for people age 16 and up.
