Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases
ROCKLAND – The following cases were closed in the state court in Knox County from May 4- 13.
Kandy Lynn Barton, 64, of Jefferson, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston March 6, 2026, $250 fine; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston Oct. 16, 2025, $250 fine with all of the fine suspended, restitution of $29.54.
Norman E. Bashaw Jr., 63, of Rockland, operating under the influence (drugs of combination) in Rockport July 30, 2025, dismissed.
Joshua Bennett, 40, of Union, domestic violence assault, with priors, and criminal mischief in Union Jan. 11, 2025, both dismissed.
Elijah C. Burnham, 37, of Waldoboro, failing to make oral or written accident report in Washington March 18, 2026, $250 fine; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident in Washington March 18, 2026, $250 fine.
Jeffrey O. Edwards, 50, of Owls Head, violation of gear rule, Chapter 75, in Owls Head March 20, 2026, $250 fine.
Amber Lynne Farrell, 39, of Tenants Harbor, furnishing liquor to a minor and allowing minor to possess or consume liquor both in St. George Oct. 31, 2025, both dismissed.
Felicity Hall, 47, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized use of property in St. George March 30, 2026, $250 fine; domestic violence assault in St. George March 30, 2026, $400 fine.
Blake Alexandre Hicks, 18, of Thomaston, driving to endanger in Thomaston Aug.15, 2025, $575 fine.
Paige Peaslee Jones, 29, of Jefferson, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockland March 12, 2026, $250 fine, restitution of $18.36.
Jennifer M. Kunn, 37, of Thomaston, operating under the influence (drugs or combination) in Rockland July 29, 2025, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland July 29, 2025, $800 fine.
Sheldon Lavway, 28, of Union, unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Warren Aug. 21, 2025, $400 fine.
Adam Mcelreavy, 35, of Auburn, criminal mischief in Camden Nov. 10, 2025, $150 fine; restitution of $258.43.
Sharon E. Munro, 67, of Thomaston, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland April 13, 2024, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.
Sean F. Norton, 60, of Camden, failure to comply with order in Camden March 17, 2026, $250 fine, restitution of $215.
Michael J. Reed, 41, of Rockland, assault in Rockland Feb. 17, 2026, $300 fine.
Timothy Ricker, 42, of Liberty, operating under the influence with an injury or death, with priors, in Washington Aug. 23, 2019, $2,100 fine with all of the fine all suspended; operating after revocation, with three priors, in Washington Aug. 23, 2019, $1,000 fine with all of the fine suspended.
Sahmara R. Robbins, 22, of Rockland, endangering the welfare of a child in Camden Feb. 17, 2026, $250 fine.
Corey J. Rogers, 61, of Warren, operating while license suspended or revoked in Rockland March 24, 2026, $250 fine.
Seth E. Simmons, 42, of Friendship, fishing or taking shellfish from a closed area in Friendship July 9, 2025, $300 fine with $200 of fine suspended.
Justin J. Spicer, 45, of Thomaston, hunting from a stand or blind overlooking deer bait in Thomaston Nov. 1, 2025, $250 fine.
Mason St. Louis, 27, of Washington, operating under the influence (alcohol), with one prior, in Rockland Aug. 2, 2025, $700 fine, 180 days in jail with all but 10 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended one year.
Jay T. Trenholm, 41, of Camden, domestic violence assault in Camden June 7, 2025, dismissed; violating condition of release in Camden June 7, 2025, 40 days in jail; assault in Camden June 7, 2025, $300 fine, 40 days jail.
Antonio M. Venegas, 42, of Camden, assault, terrorizing, criminal threatening, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer all in Warren Oct. 3, 2024, all dismissed; criminal mischief in Warren Oct. 3, 2024, unconditional discharge.
Clayton Walker, 60, of Vinalhaven, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Vinalhaven Oct. 4, 2025, $400 fine, 24 hours jail; violating protective order on Vinalhaven March 19, 2026, 24 hours in jail; violating protective order, violating condition of release, two counts, all on Vinalhaven May 4, 2026, 48 hours in jail for each count.
