Ethan S. Sargent, 33, of Troy, harassment by telephone in Brooks June 22, 2021, $400 fine; criminal mischief in Brooks June 22, 2021, $400 fine; unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Unity March 16, 2022, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Unity March 16, 2022, $400 fine; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (refusal to stop) in Unity March 16, 2022, $400 fine; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Swanville July 30, 2022, dismissed; attaching false plates in Swanville July 30, 2022, $100 fine; 

Shane T. Preston, 46, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast May 6, 2023, $1,000 fine. 

Vernal J. Hood, 41, of Liberty, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Montville Sept. 6, 2024, $400 fine; unlawful possession of methamphetamine in Montville Sept. 6, 2024, dismissed. 

Ashley Cook, 27, of Waldo, domestic violence assault in Waldo July 12, 2024, dismissed. 

Marissa M. Melton, 34, of Swanville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Aug. 6, 2024, $300 fine. 

John E. Dellamettera, 31, of Belfast, criminal mischief in Belfast Jan. 13, 2025, $300 fine. 

Dylan D. Mitchell, 26, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Morrill Jan. 27, 2025, six months in jail with all but seven days suspended, one year of administrative release, license suspended for 150 days, $500 fine, and $199.99 restitution; criminal mischief in Belfast Feb. 18, 14 days in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (refusal to stop) in Belfast Feb. 18, 14 days in jail. 

Philip J. Dulude, 67, of Swanville, violating a condition of release in Belfast May 28, 2025, 17 hours in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast Aug. 7, 12 hours in jail. 

Albert Russell, 42, of Holden, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast April 8, 2025, 90 days in jail and $9.95 restitution. 

Christopher Babb, 28, of Queens, New York, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Searsport July 17, five years in prison with all but 18 months suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine. 

Christopher Forcier III, 28, of Bangor, operating a vehicle without a license in Unity Aug. 1, $150 fine. 

Anthony L. Lapio, 34, of Corinth, improper contact with a victim pre-bail in Belfast Oct. 21, $250 fine; two counts of violating a condition of release in Burnham Feb. 5, both dismissed. 

Kevin N. Marsanskis, 36, of Montville, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Monroe Oct. 4, $400 fine; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Liberty July 1, 18 months in prison with all but 30 days suspended, two years of  probation, and $2,166.08 restitution. 

Michael A. Young, 41, of Brewer, operating under the influence in Belfast Dec. 4, six months in jail with all but 10 days suspended, one year of administrative release, license suspended for 275 days, and $600 fine; driving to endanger in Belfast Dec. 4, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine. 

Joshua Ellison, 34, of Swanville, operating under the influence in Swanville Jan. 1, five days in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine; operating a vehicle without a license in Swanville Jan. 1, 48 hours in jail. 

Megan A. Bean, 42, of Thorndike, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Thorndike Oct. 29, 2024, two years in prison with all suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine.

Cindi A. Smith, 56, of Swanville, operating while license suspended or revoked in Troy Feb. 4, $500 fine; failing to give correct name, address, or date-of-birth in Troy Feb. 4, $500 fine; possessing a revoked, mutilated, fictitious, or fraudulent license or identification card in Troy Feb. 4, dismissed. 

Harold E. Leathers Jr., 56, of Fairfield, unlawful possession of a wild animal or bird in Searsmont Nov. 7,  $500 fine; two counts of supervising a junior hunter who violates the law in Searsmont Nov. 7, both dismissed; illegal transportation of an animal or bird in Searsmont Nov. 7, dismissed. 

Krysta S.M. Sweetland, 26, of Belfast, operating after habitual offender revocation in Belfast March 7, dismissed.

Alexander C. Ribar, 58, of Montville, illegal possession of a firearm in Liberty Jan. 14, dismissed; fraudulently obtaining a license or permit in Liberty Jan. 14, dismissed; unlawful possession of a wild bird or animal in Liberty Jan. 14, $500 fine. 

Trevor P. Hansen, 41, of Hermon, attaching false plates in Belfast Jan. 30, 2023, dismissed. 

Joshua Bither, 34, of Hiram, operating under the influence in Troy April 5, nine months in jail with all but 15 days suspended, one year of probation, license suspended for three years, registration suspended, and $700 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Troy April 5, $250 fine. 

Desirae Wark, 36, of Belfast, six counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Jan. 17, Jan. 23, Jan. 27, Jan. 29, Jan. 30, and Feb. 3, count on $500 and $420 restitution, $500 fine for each remaining count. 

Qicai Ye, 65, of Brooklyn, New York, two counts of motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Belfast March 12, one count dismissed, $500 fine for second count. 

Stephanie L. Veilleux, 31, of Vassalboro, passing a stopped school bus in Unity Feb. 10, $250 fine. 

Stephen W. Lee, 35, of Unity, unlawful cutting of trees in Thorndike Aug. 11, dismissed. 

Alan Grant, 40, of Stockton Springs, commercial shellfishing without a license in Stockton Springs March 7, $316 fine. 

David Renwick, 44, of Birch Harbor, marine worm digging without a license in Searsport March 12, $100 fine.
