ROCKLAND — The following indictments against 45 individuals were recently handed up by a Knox County grand jury on Oct. 9.  An indictment does not indicate guilt.     

Keith P. Achterberg, 21, of South Thomaston, reckless conduct with a firearm, assault on an officer, assault, two counts, obstructing government administration, and refusing to submit to arrest in Thomaston and Rockport July 29, 2026. 

Cameron Arcidi, 29, of Etna, gross sexual assault, two counts, in Rockport March 20, 2024.

Tyler Adkins, 34, of Warren, unlawful sexual contact, two counts, with a child under the age of 12 years in Warren from October 2013 to October 2014. 

Tiffany M. Ames, 55, of Rockland, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, two counts, (fentanyl and methamphetamine) in Rockland May 20, 2026. 

Jefferson Jazzir Arias, 27, of Crandall, Texas, aggravated trafficking scheduled drugs (cocaine) in Knox County May 27, 2026; criminal forfeiture, two counts, (pistol and money) in Knox County May 27, 2026.

Joshua D.J. Barbour, 43, of Camden, aggravated assault and domestic violence assault in Camden June 19, 2026.

Zachary T. Carleton, 28, of Rockland, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs (methamphetamine) in Knox County Sept. 3, 2026.

Nicholas Scott Cascario Clayton, 28, of Clover, S.C., unauthorized use of property (a vehicle) in Port Clyde Dec. 11, 2019. 

Douglas M. Colby, 60, of St. George, criminal operating under the influence, unlawful possession of scheduled drug (oxycodone), and operating beyond license condition or restriction all in Rockland Nov. 17, 2025.

Casey D. Collins, 42, of Thomaston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (a motor vehicle), operating after revocation, violating condition of release in Rockport Aug. 21, 2026; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockport May 13, 2026; aggravated forgery, receiving stolen property, failure to give correct name, and violation of condition of release, two counts, in Rockport July 9 and 10, 2026.

Clancy M. Collins, 34, of Waldoboro, burglary, unauthorized use of property; and violation of condition of release all in Rockland Aug. 28, 2026.

Robert A. Curtis, 68, of Rockland, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs (cocaine), three counts, in Rockland May 24, 2026.

Tamara A. Davis, 30, of Waldoboro, burglary, unauthorized use of property and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer all in Washington Aug. 6, 2026.

Robert D. Hamilton, 46, of St. George, burglary, falsifying physical evidence, criminal mischief, criminal trespass, and theft by unauthorized taking all in Rockland July 8, 2026; operating after revocation in Union June 15, 2026.

Kayla M. Jensen, 40, of Warren, unlawful possession of scheduled drug (cocaine) on March 26, 2026 in Rockport; theft by unauthorized taking in Rockport 2021-2025.
