    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court May 7-18. 

    Paul J. Zittle III, 46, of Northport, probation violation in Northport Dec. 16, 2017, probation partially revoked and no sentence imposed. 

    Michael J. Johnson, 39, of Ellsworth, operating after habitual offender revocation in Stockton Springs Oct. 23, 2018, nine months one day in prison and $1,000 fine. 

    Kathreen Herrick, 31, of Jackson, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Thorndike Feb. 12, 2020, dismissed. 

    Dustyn Wood, 31, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Feb. 3, 2020, five days in jail and $394.46 restitution; operating while license suspended or revoked in Brooks Nov. 14, $250 fine; violating a condition of release in Brooks Nov. 14, five days in jail; violating a condition of release in Brooks Jan. 7, five days in jail; criminal trespass in Brooks Jan. 7, dismissed; operating without a license in Waldo Nov. 21, 14 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Waldo Nov. 21, 14 days in jail; domestic violence criminal threatening in Waldo Nov. 21, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Waldo Nov. 21, dismissed; illegal possession of a firearm in Belfast March 4, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast March 4, 14 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Morrill Oct. 27, 14 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Morrill Oct. 27, 14 days in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked in Morrill Oct. 27, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Brooks March 4, 14 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Brooks March 4, 14 days in jail; criminal trespass in Brooks March 4, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast April 27, 14 days in jail. 

    Laura D. McLeod, 71, of Belmont operating under the influence in Belmont June 13, dismissed. 

    Eric Dupray, 48, of Stockton Springs, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Stockton Springs April 23, 2020, $200 fine; assault in Stockton Springs April 23, 2020, dismissed. 

    Kyle M. Waters, 31, of Freeport, operating under the influence in Prospect Sept. 25, license suspended for 150 days and $700 fine; refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Prospect Sept. 25, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Prospect Sept. 25, dismissed; operating a vehicle without a license in Prospect Sept. 25, dismissed. 

    Kayla Garcelon, 29, of Northport, violating a condition of release in Belfast Nov. 4, $200 fine. 

    Robert Bracken, 24, of Warwick, Rhode Island, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belmont Dec. 30, three years in prison with all but one year suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine; operating under the influence in Belmont Dec. 30, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine. 

    Daniel Carchide, 40, of Searsport, operating under the influence in Belfast Dec. 11, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine. 

    Bethany L. Dimmock, 19, of Prospect, theft by unauthorized use of property in Winterport Jan. 3, $250 fine. 

    Nicholas T. Ripley, 22, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Feb. 3, $250 fine. 

    Aaron J. Rockafellow, 30, of Winslow, operating under the influence in Knox Nov. 25, 72 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine. 

    Alyson Glasier, 19, of Liberty, allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor in Liberty Jan. 31, $300 fine. 

    Samuel P. Cook, 37, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast March 28, $250 fine; failure to register a vehicle in Belfast March 28, $150 fine. 

    Timothy Nichols, 43, of South China, failure to stop, remain, or render aid at a personal injury accident in Belfast March 3, dismissed; driving to endanger in Belfast March 3, dismissed. 

    Tierra A. Stevens, 24, of Manhattan, Kansas, failing to make an oral or written accident report in Monroe Feb. 28, $200 fine. 

    Emerson S. Sykes, 31, of Lincolnville, attaching false plates in Belmont March 17, $100 fine. 

    Christopher Seidl, 24, of Searsmont, allowing a dog to be at large in Searsmont April 22, $50 fine.
