    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court 9-15. 

    Jonathan G. Dugg, 27, of Rutland, Massachusetts, domestic violence assault in Unity Sept. 9, 2018, $500 fine. 

    Monique M. Brown, 54, of Mansfield Center, Connecticut, operating under the influence in Belfast July 20, 2019, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine. 

    Rico V. Borzoni, 28, of Northport, driving to endanger in Belfast Sept. 19, 2019, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; operating under the influence in Belfast Sept. 21, 2019, dismissed. 

    Jesse L. Witherell, 44, of Montville, driving to endanger in Belfast Dec. 21, 2019, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; operating under the influence in Belfast Dec. 21, 2019, dismissed. 

    Kote R. Aldus, 29, of Waldo, reckless conduct in Belfast Feb. 2, 2020, 30 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast Nov. 19, 10 days in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Nov. 19, dismissed; violation of a protection from abuse order in Waldo March 4, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Waldo March 4, 10 days in jail; illegal possession of a firearm in Waldo March 4, dismissed. 

    Bobbi Trask, 34, of Stockton Springs, assault in Swanville Jan. 18, 2020, dismissed. 

    Adam L. Barnes, 34, of Detroit, assault in Stockton Springs July 23, five days in jail and a $300 fine; terrorizing in Stockton Springs July 23, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Searsport Sept. 13, 30 days in jail; unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Searsport Sept. 13, two years in prison with all but four months suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Searsport Sept. 13, dismissed; possession of hypodermic apparatuses in Searsport Sept 13, dismissed; criminal mischief in Searsport Aug. 19, five days in jail; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Searsport Jan. 20, 90 days in jail and $400 fine; unlawful possession of methamphetamine in Searsport Jan. 20, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Searsport Jan. 20, dismissed; use of drug paraphernalia in Searsport Jan. 20, dismissed. 

    Joanna L. Mehuren, 36, of Liberty, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Searsport Sept. 6, $400 fine; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Sept. 25, $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast Sept. 25, $100 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Nov. 29, dismissed. 

    Jacob S. Aitken, 26, of Belfast, violating a condition of release in Belfast Jan. 20, $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Jan. 20, $500 fine. 

    Patrice Massicotte, 50, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Jan. 25, dismissed. 

    Salvador J. Gomez, 38, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Feb. 19, $250 fine. 

    Ann M. Moody, 31, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast March 9, $250 fine. 

    Judy L. Waterman, 53, of Stockton Springs, operating while license suspended or revoked in Stockton Springs Feb. 1, dismissed. 

    Dakota K. Wing, 22, of Searsport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Stockton Springs Feb. 15, dismissed. 

    Silas G. Mehuren, 19, of Searsmont, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Feb. 17, dismissed. 

    Jeffrey M. Scott Jr., 52, of Camden, domestic violence assault in Searsmont March 27, dismissed. 

    Charles Quebec, 41, of Knox, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast March 9, dismissed. 

    Jennifer L. Patterson, 29, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast March 5, dismissed.
