BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Dec. 22 - Jan. 3.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Dec. 22

Nicole M. Dube, 36, of Belfast, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Searsport Ave. 

Dec. 28

Crystal Philbrook, 41, of Liberty, was issued summonses for violating a condition of release and operating after suspension on Waldo Ave. 

Seth A. Clark, 37, of Prospect, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Searsport Ave. 

Dec. 29

James Ruschmejer, 42, of Belfast, was issued a summons for disorderly conduct. 

Dec. 30

Desiree V. Gerrior, 41, of Brooks, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Crocker Road. 

Jan. 2

Roger D. Tripp, 49, of Swanville, was issued a summons for operating after habitual offender revocation on Swan Lake Ave.

Mark E. Murphy, 56, of Palermo, was arrested for failure to appear.
