    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Dec. 30 - Jan. 18.

    An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

    Dec. 30

    Angelina Rock, 46, of Augusta, was arrested for operating after suspension, operating under the influence on Beech Hill Road in Northport. 

    Jan. 7

    William Perry, 70, of Plymouth, was issued a summons for hindering apprehension or prosecution on Horseback Road in Burnham.

    Raymond Bowman, 56, of Washington, was issued summonses for theft and violating a condition of release on Bridge School Road in Liberty. 

    Jan. 10

    Brandy L. Kimball, 39, of Montville, was issued a summons for keeping a dangerous dog on Mountain Valley Highway in Montville. 

    Benjamin T. Williams, 35, of Bradford, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on N. Searsport Road in Prospect. 

    Jan. 12

    Laurie R. Savage, 63, of Benton, was issued a summons for violating a protection from harassment order on Maiden Hill Road in Palermo, stemming from an incident Jan. 9.

    Paul Armstrong, 63, of Palermo, was issued a summons for disorderly conduct on Maiden Hill Road in Palermo, stemming from an incident Jan. 9. 

    Jan. 13

    Paul Berez, 60, of Camden, was issued a summons for operating with suspended registration on Route 7 in Jackson. 

    Preston Mcleod, 44, of Hermon, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Route 7 in Jackson. 

    Jan. 14

    Sierra Orcutt, 22, of Prospect, was arrested for violating a condition of release and possession of a schedule W drug on Ward Road in Prospect. 

    Imma Thomas, 23, of Thorndike, was arrested for falsifying physical evidence and unlawful possession of a schedule W drug on Clark Road in Prospect, stemming from an incident Aug. 16.

    Jan. 15

    Tyler Ellsworth, 23, of Freedom, was arrested for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug on Route 174 in Prospect. 

    Michael A. Haskins, 29, of Morrill, was arrested for criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon on Main Street in Morrill. 

    Nicholas A. Hart, 36, of Prospect, was arrested for criminal trespass, terrorizing, and violating a condition of release in Prospect.
