BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Oct. 30 - Nov. 11. 

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Oct. 30

Adam Smith, 36, of Thorndike, was issued a summons for disorderly conduct on Brooks Road in Thorndike. 

Nov. 4

John Ronayne III, 18, of Frankfort, was arrested for theft and domestic violence assault on Frankfort Road in Swanville. 

Nov. 7

Donald York, 69, of Knox, was issued a summons for operating an unregistered motor vehicle on Purple Heart Highway in Brooks. 

Nov. 10

Jamie Kersey, 46, of Winterport, was issued a summons for harassment on Route 1A in Winterport. 

Nov. 11

Neil Kirby, 26 of Waldo, was issued a summons for criminal trespass on Route 7 in Waldo.
