Waldo County Sheriff’s beat
BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Feb. 1-24.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Feb. 1
Tobi Ann Nevers, 43, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Hope Road in Lincolnville.
Feb. 5
William T. Flanders, 53, of Northport, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Beech Hill Road.
Feb. 11
Christopher M. Barton, 34, of Freedom, was issued a summons for assault on Smith Top Road in Freedom.
Feb. 14
Swan N. Sinclair, 33, of Northport, was issued a summons for operating after habitual offender revocation on Route 1 in Northport.
Feb. 19
Rachel E. Gardiner, 36, of Winterport, was arrested for operating under the influence and violation of bail on Stream Road in Winterport.
James Billings, 68, of Liberty, was arrested for elevated aggravated assault on Route 220 in Liberty.
Feb. 20
Nickolas Philbrick, 25, of Frankfort, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and attachment of false plates on Route 1A in Frankfort.
Feb. 24
Kyle W. Greenleaf, 25, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Belfast Road in Lincolnville.
