Waldo County Sheriff’s beat
BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported two traffic infractions Feb. 3-16, for an inspection sticker violation and failure to provide proof of insurance. In addition to the two traffic citations, the following activity was reported.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Jan. 22 (late entry)
James Manning, 29, of Winterport, was issued a summons for attaching false plates on Route 1A in Winterport.
Feb. 3
Libby Cole, 27, of Liberty, was issued summonses for violation of bail, operating after suspension, and failure to give notice of a crash by the quickest means on Pinnacle Road in Liberty, stemming from an incident Jan. 31.
Feb. 12
Dennis W. Cash, 28, of Liberty, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Pine Terrace in Liberty.
Tina Koch, 31, of Bucksport, was issued summonses for terrorizing and violating a condition of release in Bucksport, stemming from an incident Feb. 5.
