Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported four traffic citations from Jan. 27 - Feb. 8, during which time four citations were issued for an inspection sticker violation, failure to register a vehicle, failure to provide proof of insurance, and speeding. In addition to the four traffic citations, the following activity was reported.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Jan. 27
Kathleen A. Winslow, 36, of Prospect, was issued summonses for violating a condition of release and operating after suspension on Mill Lane.
Feb. 1
Dawn Dodge, 23, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating without a license on Patterson Hill Road.
Feb. 2
Christopher Reynolds, 32m of Swanville, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Starrett Drive, stemming from an incident Jan. 6.
Feb. 3
Dana Chuprovich, 73, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Starrett Drive.
Adrian A. Counce, 43, of Rockport, was arrested for gross sexual assault.
Feb. 8
Wyane R. Sanborn, 53, of Searsport, was arrested for operating under the influence on Searsport Ave.
