Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Jan. 10-18.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named
Jan. 10
Crystal Philbrook, 40, of Belfast, was issued summonses for aggravated trafficking of a scheduled drug and violating a condition of release on Miller Street.
Daniel R. Therrien, 35 of Belfast, was arrested on an affidavit.
Jan. 11
Shannon L. Small, 44, of Searsport, was issued summonses for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug and operating after revocation on Dead Brook Lane in Searsport.
Jan. 12
Tyler Batty, 36, of Belfast, was issued summonses for violation of a condition of release, operating after suspension, and driving to endanger on Route 1.
Amanda K. Batty, 37, of Belfast, was issued a summons for permitting unlawful use on Route 1.
Jan. 14
Kathleen Winslow, 36, was issued summonses for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug, criminal trespass, and violating a condition of release on Ryan Road in Belfast.
