Waldo County Sheriff’s beat
BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported one traffic infraction between Dec. 11-24, for an inspection sticker violation. In addition to the single traffic infraction, the following activity was reported.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Dec. 11
Tyson Marr, 28, of Swanville, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Harriman Road in Swanville.
Jason B. Ross, 32, of Morrill, was issued a summons for failure to give notice of an accident by the quickest means on Poors Mill Road in Morrill.
Dec. 12
Mark M. Ross, 38, of Morrill, was issued a summons for operating after suspension in Morrill.
Dec. 19
Richard J. Gainer, 36, of Searsport, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Pomeroy Lane.
