Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported nine traffic citations between Dec. 8-16 for the following offenses: failure to maintain control of a motor vehicle, a seatbelt violation, failure to provide proof of insurance, two inspection sticker violations, operating a motor vehicle while the operator is using a handheld device or mobile phone, improper display of registration plates, and two violations for failure to register a motor vehicle. In addition to the nine traffic citations, the following activity was reported.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Dec. 8
Richard Bock, 19, of Belfast, was arrested for domestic violence assault.
Haden F. Cambell, 39, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Swan Lake Ave.
Dec. 10
Darren Moulton, 56, of Belfast, was issued summonses for criminal threatening and reckless conduct on Ryan Road.
Dec. 11
Miranda Thomas, 24, of Belfast, was issued a summons for criminal mischief on Miller Street.
Joshua T. Reber, 41, of Northport, was arrested for operating under the influence on High Street.
