Waldo County Sheriff’s beat
BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Dec. 2-10.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Dec. 2
Paul M. Lawrence, 50, of Swanville, was arrested for operating under the influence, operating after revocation, reckless conduct, and two counts of violating a condition of release on Town House Road in Swanville.
Dec. 3
Skylar J. Moody, 20, of Searsport, was issued a summons for operating without a license on Black Hill Road in Frankfort.
Erika M. Sypit, 22, of Unity, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Moody Mountain and Searsport Road in Searsmont.
Dec. 5
Wayne Curtis, 33, of Brooks, was arrested for obstructing the report of a crime, domestic violence terrorizing, and criminal mischief on Hall Road in Brooks.
