Belfast Police beat

    BELFAST — Belfast Police reported two traffic infractions between Nov. 2-19. One traffic citation was issued for an inspection sticker violation, the second citation was issued for failure to register a motor vehicle. In addition to the two traffic citations, the following activity was reported. 

    An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

    Nov. 2

    Robert Day, 57, of Waldoboro, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and attaching false plates on Belmont Ave. 

    James St. Pierre, 25, of Belfast, was issued a summons for unlawful furnishing of a schedule W drug on Northport Ave. 

    Nov. 3

    Alyssa M. Heroux, 33, of Searsport, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Waldo Ave. 

    Paul D. Bacon, 54, of Frankfort, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Public Safety Way.

    Nov. 6

    Robert E. Thurston, 70, of West Trenton, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Route 1. 

    Rodney A. Lesan, 53, of Morrill, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Starrett Drive. 

    Nov. 12

    Thadeous Macleod, 34, of Belfast, was arrested for robbery, violating a condition of release, theft, and domestic violence assault on Waldo Ave. 

    Nov. 17

    Destiney E. Robbins, 24, of Belfast, was arrested for violating a condition of release and operating after habitual offender revocation on Swan Lake Ave. 

    Kathleen Winslow, 36, of Belfast, was issued summonses for unlawful furnishing of a schedule W drug and violating a condition of release on Ryan Road. 

    Nov. 18

    Heidi Resh, 40, or Swanville, was issued a summons for illegal possession of a schedule W drug on Route 1.
