BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity May 12-28.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
May 12
Angelina Rock, 49, of Belfast, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Oak Hill Road in Swanville.
Tyler Damon, 34, of Stockton Springs, was arrested for warrants issued due to unpaid fines.
May 17
Scott Nobel, 43, of Searsport, was arrested for criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon and refusing to submit to arrest or detention in Searsport.
Angelina Goodreau, 36, of Montville, was issued a summons for assault on Main Street in Searsport.
May 20
Benjamin Young, 47, of Swanville, was arrested for terrorizing and harrassment by telephone or electronic device.
May 21
Heather Ewing, 44, of Oakland, was arrested based on a warrant.
