BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity March 19-29.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

March 19

Mickey Gross, 39, of Bucksport, was arrested for criminal operating under the influence and failure to report an accident by quickest means in Waldo County.

March 20

Patrick Bowe, 36, of Brooks, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Belfast Road in Freedom.

March 21

Elijah Benjamin, 18, of Belmont, was issued a summons for aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs on Lincolnville Road in Belmont.

March 27

Matthew McIver, 39, of Monroe, was arrested for possession of a schedule W drug in Monroe.
