BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Oct. 8-20. 

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Oct. 8

Larry M. Phillips, 36, of Montville, was issued summonses for operating without a license and violation of bail on Bailey Road in Knox. 

Oct. 10

Timothy A. Mello, 41, of Stockton Springs, was arrested for criminal mischief in Stockton Springs.

Oct. 11

Shawn M. Kelley, 34, of Winterport, was arrested for disorderly conduct on Clark Road in Unity. 

Oct. 15

Carlton J. Eliot, 32, of Augusta, was arrested for violating of conditions of release and violating a protection order on Green Valley Road in Stockton Springs.
