BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Dec. 20 - Jan. 3.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Dec. 20

Heather Atwood, 46, of Prospect, was issued summonses for violating a condition of release and possession of scheduled drugs on Hutch Road in Prospect. 

Dec. 28

Jason Taylor, 46, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons for criminal trespass on Mullins Bog Road in Lincolnville. 

Arthur Seger, 66, of Levant, was arrested for operating under the influence on N. Main Street in Winterport.

Dec. 29

Lisa M. Geel, 38, of Winterport, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Main Street in Winterport. 

Dec. 30

Katreena Ellsmore, 42, of Searsport, was issued a summons for theft on Cape Jellison Road in Stockton Springs. 

Angelina Rock, 46, of Augusta, was arrested for operating after suspension and operating under the influence on Beech Hill Road in Northport.

Dec. 31

Branden Spencer, 23, of Thorndike, was issued a summons for improper plates on Route 139 in Brooks. 

Jan. 3

Joseph Carter, 41, of Unity, was issued summonses for operating without a license and operating with suspended registration on Killdeer Drive in Unity.
