BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Nov. 8-20.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Nov. 8
Joshua A. Meserve Jr., 24, of Winterport, was issued a summons for criminal mischief on Main Street in Winterport.
Andrew M. Gould, 20, of Belfast, was arrested for illegal possession of liquor by a minor via consumption, operating after suspension, operating under the influence, possession of a usable amount of marijuana by a minor on Route 1 in Belfast.
Nov. 11
Rose M. Rose, 53, of Palermo, was issued summonses for violating a protection order, and three counts of violation conditions of release on Banton Road in Palermo.
Nov. 16
Matthew Foley, 50, of Unity was issued a summons for two counts of violating a condition of release on Main Street in Unity.
