BELFAST The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity April 8-21.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
April 8
Adam Chaples, 40, of Morrill, was issued summonses for operating under the influence and leaving the scene of a personal injury crash on S. Main Street in Morrill.
April 12
Dakota A. Miller, 21, of Bangor, was issued a summons for operating under the influence in Winterport.
Brandi Mabry, 39, of Orlang, was issued a summons for unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Route 1 in Frankfort.
April 16
Rufus L. Towns, 44, of Bangor, was issued a summons for operating without a license on Loggin Road in Frankfort.
April 17
Shawn M. Kelley, 34, of Unity, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Clark Road in Unity.
