Waldo County Sheriff’s beat
BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported one traffic infraction between Jan. 4-15, for speeding. In addition to the lone traffic infraction, the following activity was reported.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Jan. 4
Rodney Damon, 41, of Stockton Springs, was issued a summons for criminal mischief on Damon Road in Stockton Springs.
Jan. 5
Jacob Whitcomb, 39, of Belfast, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on W. Main Street in Monroe, stemming from an incident Dec. 11.
Jan. 8
Rochelle Skillings, 32, of Frankfort, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Swan Lake Ave in Swanville.
Jan. 10
Crystal Philbrook, 40, of Belfast, was issued a summons for aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Belfast, stemming from an incident Nov. 9.
