    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Nov. 18 - Dec. 1.

    An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

    Nov. 18

    Eleanor Nugent, 52, of Unity, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Depot Street in Unity, stemming from an incident Nov. 16. 

    Nov. 24

    Nickolas G. Philbrick, 25, of Frankfort, was issued summonses for violating a condition of release, attaching false plates, and operating after suspension on Route 131 in Swanville. 

    Nov. 29

    Timothy Mello, 41, of Orrington, was issued a summons for violation of a condition of release on Pout Town Road in Stockton Springs, stemming from an incident Oct. 31.

    Dec. 1

    Phillip E. Linscott, 22, of Swanville, was arrested for domestic violence assault, domestic violence aggravated assault, domestic violence criminal threatening, and domestic violence terrorizing on Stream Road in Winterport, stemming from an incident Oct. 24.
