Waldo County Sheriff’s beat
BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Oct. 19 - Nov. 5.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Oct. 19
Michael Thompson, 43, of Windham, was issued a summons for violating a protective order on Route 52 in Lincolnville, stemming from an incident Oct. 6.
Oct. 27
Phillip Kyser, 31, of Winterport, was issued a summons for criminal speed on Stream Road in Winterport.
Oct. 30
Nathaniel Cowperthwaite, 25, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating with suspended registration on Route 1 in Northport.
Nov. 1
Jason A. Lenfest, 48, of Searsport, was issued summonses for attaching false plates and operating after habitual offender revocation on Swan Lake Ave in Belfast.
