    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported five traffic citations between July 2-22. Of the five citations, four were issued for failure to provide proof of insurance, and the other was issued for an inspection sticker violation. In addition to the five citations, the following activity was reported. 

    An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named. 

    July 2

    Christopher Cutfliffe, 47, of Bangor, was issued a summons for harassment by telephone on George Road in Prospect. 

    July 11

    Jason S. Roberts, 40, of Rockland, was arrested as a fugitive from justice on Thorndike Road in Unity. 

    Diana R. Blood, 35, of Northport, was issued summonses for violating a condition of release and operating after suspension on Back Belmont Road in Belfast. 

    July 13

    Rebecca Hills, 57, was arrested for criminal trespass, domestic violence assault, refusing to submit to arrest or detention,  and criminal mischief on Stream Road in Winterport. 

    Cameron M. Meier, 21, of Bowdoin, was issued a summons for failure to give notice of an accident by the quickest means on Route 3 in Palermo. 

    July 15

    Albert Russell, 37, of Northport, was arrested for failure to appear and issued summonses for eight counts of violating a condition of release on Beech Hill Road in Northport. 

    July 16

    Zebulon D. Reynolds, 31, of Ellsworth, was issued arrested for operating under the influence and issued a summons for operating after suspension on Waldo Station Road in Swanville. 

    July 17

    Cristin R. Harvey, 30, of Knox, was arrested for violating a condition of release and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Spring Street in Belfast. 

    July 20

    Samuel M. Kohler, 30, of Searsmont, was arrested for operating under the influence and failure to submit to arrest in Searsmont.

    Curtis Tunnell, 30, of Stockton Springs, was arrested for violating a condition of release on Route 1 in Stockton Springs. 

    July 21

    Zachery G. Mosher, 26, of Liberty, was issued a summons for operating after habitual offender revocation in Montville. 

    July 22

    Andrew C. Philbrick, 38, of Bucksport, was arrested for operating under the influence and issued a summons for operating under the influence on Clark Road in Prospect.
