BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court June 3-9.
Kenneth A. Fay, 69, of Stockton Springs, operating after habitual offender revocation in Searsport Oct. 15, 2015, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Stockton Springs Oct. 20, 2015, dismissed.
James Johnson Jr., 37, of Searsport, probation violation in Belfast Feb. 1, 2023, probation not violated.
Dylan R. Hopkins, 36, of Belfast, three counts of violating a condition of release in Brooks July 15, 2024, and Oct. 10, 2024, and in Frankfort Nov. 20, 2024, 30 days in jail for each count; violating a condition of release in Belfast June 30, three years in prison with all but six months suspended and two years of probation; terrorizing in Belfast June 30, six months in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast June 30, 30 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast Aug. 12, six months in jail.
Noukane Thongdeng, 45, of China, violating a protection order in Unity Feb. 26, 2025, dismissed.
Michelle Cogswell, 44, of Swanville, probation violation in Belfast April 2, 2025, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued; unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Belfast Nov. 4, dismissed; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Nov. 4, 30 days in jail and $400 fine.
Christopher Babb, 28, of Queens, New York, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Searsport July 17, five years in prison with all but 18 months suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine.
Shawn C. Yennie, 21, of Lewiston, assault in Burnham Nov. 1, 100 days in jail; driving to endanger in Burnham Nov. 1, 100 days in jail, license suspended for 30 days, and $575 fine.
Garrett Crabtree, 21, of Hope, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belmont Oct. 25, seven days in jail, license suspended for one year, and $600 fine; violating a condition of release in Belmont Oct. 25, 48 hours in jail.
Cesar A. Lugo Guerrero, 25, of Knox, aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs in Knox Nov. 19, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Knox Nov. 19, two years in prison and $400 fine; criminal forfeiture in Knox Nov. 19, forfeiture upheld.
David Anderson, 20, of Belfast, criminal mischief in Belfast Oct. 31, $100 fine; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Dec. 4, $200 fine and $103 restitution; violating a condition of release in Liberty March 12, $300 fine.
Jordan Warman, 20, of Carmel, operating under the influence in Troy Jan. 16, license suspended for 150 days and $1,000 fine; driving to endanger in Troy Jan. 16, dismissed; operating without a license in Troy Jan. 16, dismissed.
Alan Thomas, 63, of Freedom, illegal possession of a firearm in Freedom Feb. 26, 18 months in prison and three years of probation.
Carlton E. Abbott Jr., 66, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Feb. 8 dismissed.
Paul Fettinger, 56, of Morrill, operating after habitual offender revocation in Morrill Nov. 20, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Morrill Nov. 20, $1,000 fine.
Christian Hodgdon, 30, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast March 9, $100 fine and $5.06 restitution.
Amy L. Doak, 40, of Windham, attaching false plates in Winterport March 20, $100 fine.
Shana L. Harriman, 39, of Montville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast March 20, $150 fine and $41 restitution.
Matthew Carson, 40, of Waldo, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Feb. 14, $150 fine and $199.99 restitution.
James Duran, 35, of Burnham, possession of a firearm when prohibited in Burnham May 12, dismissed.
Ricky K. Pomeroy Jr., 36, of Stockton Springs, commercial shellfishing without a license in Stockton Springs March 7, $200 fine.
Levi Winslow, 21, of Jackson, operating a snowmobile on a plowed road in Unity Jan. 31, $100 fine.
Dylan Shibles, 21, of Troy, operating an unregistered ATV in Unity Jan. 31, $100 fine.
Patricia J. Rhodes, 44, of Liberty, four counts of allowing a dog to be at large in Liberty April 3, $250 fine for each count.
Aeryn Dodge, 42, of Rockport, operating a vehicle on a snowmobile trail in Jackson March 4, $150 fine.
