Waldo County closed cases
BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court July 31 - Aug. 6.
Dennis W. Merry Jr., 37, of Brooks, burglary in Searsport Oct. 20, 2023, three years in prison with all but 20 days suspended and three years of probation; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Searsport Oct. 20, 2023, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Searsport Oct. 20, 2023, 20 days in jail.
Tiffany Ames, 54, of Belfast, unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Belfast Feb. 6, 2024, 18 months in prison with all suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine.
Atilio Delgado, 20, of Brooks, murder in Brooks May 6, 2022, 25 years in prison and $4,555.32 restitution.
Matteo Adragna, 66, of Belfast, operating a motor vehicle on a closed way in Searsport April 24, dismissed.
Shawn Perito, 31, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Belfast Dec. 16, nine months in jail.
Lucas Wyatt, 20, of Madison, motor vehicle speeding 30 mph over the posted limit Waldo Nov. 19, two days in jail and $1,000 fine.
Thatcher Silar, 50, of Owls Head, reckless conduct in Northport March 21, dismissed.
Kitina M. Bragg, 51, of Brooks, motor vehicle speeding 30 mph over the posted limit in Jackson May 30, $500 fine
Justin L. Cook, 42, of Searsport, operating a vehicle without a license in Winterport May 13, $100 fine.
Lylee Connors, 21, of Searsport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast June 19, $150 fine.
Dominic Foster, 21, of Brooks, operating a vehicle without a license in Monroe May 4, $100 fine.
Raymond Oakes Labrie, 22, of Waterville, operating a vehicle without a license in Montville June 22, $100 fine.
Dennis Tripp Jr., 52, of Belfast, commercial shellfishing without a license in Stockton Springs May 15, $100 fine.
