Waldo County closed cases
BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court June 24-30.
Sean R. Anderson, 39, of Stockton Springs, probation violation in Searsmont May 3, 2019, 18 months in prison and probation partially revoked.
Imma Thomas, 21, of Monroe, aggravated criminal trespass in Belfast July 18, 2019, six months in jail and probation partially revoked; domestic violence assault in Frankfort Jan. 20, six months in jail and probation partially revoked; domestic violence assault in Monroe April 6, two years in prison with all suspended and two years of probation.
Alan F. Woodruff, 86, of Searsmont, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belmont March 19, 2020, $500 fine; operating after habitual offender revocation in Belmont March 19, 2020, dismissed.
Jonathan B. Crowe, 38, of Belfast, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast Nov. 2, three years in prison with all but nine months suspended, three years of probation, and $400 fine; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast Nov. 29, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast Feb. 1, nine months in jail and $400 fine; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Feb. 4, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast Feb. 1, 30 days in jail; operating after habitual offender revocation in Belfast Feb. 15, six months in jail and $1,000 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast Feb. 15, 10 days in jail.
Annie Chambers, 27, of Camden, aggravated assault in Searsmont Feb. 27, dismissed.
Dustin P. Cassady, 45, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Waldo April 12, 20 days in jail.
John N. Penney Jr., 33, of Knox, violating a protection from abuse order in Burnham May 11, two days in jail; violating a condition of release in Burnham May 11, two days in jail.
Ryan S. Flannery, 36, of Belfast, violating a condition of release in Waldo May 11, 10 days in jail; failing to report in Belfast Feb. 4, 40 days in jail.
Kathleen A. Winslow, 35, of Belfast, unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Belfast May 28, 364 days in jail with all but 12 days suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast May 28, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast May 28, dismissed; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast June 14, seven days in jail and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast June 14, seven days in jail.
