Robert Cochran, 47, of Camden, assault in Camden July 18, 2026, $300 fine.

Lucas Cocks, 44, of Cushing, domestic violence assault in Union Dec. 6, 2024, 364 days in jail all suspended, probation one year.

Michael A. Duffy, 43, of Camden, probation violation of an original conviction of violating condition of release in Rockland Sept. 28, 2024, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked; domestic violence assault in Camden Feb. 13, 2026, five years in jail all suspended, probation two years.

Maximillian Fischer, 32, of Camden, operating while license suspended or revoked in Camden June 6, 2026, $250 fine.

Nakeisha A. Flaherty, 30, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston March 18, 2026, 40 hours community service.

Aaron D. Fortner, 41, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston April 1, 2026, restitution of $39.88.

Robert Kyle Grierson, 44, of Bangor, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockland May 21, 2024, five years in jail all suspended, probation two years.

Krysti A. Hallett, 43, of Rockland, unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland Nov. 14, 2025, $400 fine.

Brooklyn Hart, 18, of South Thomaston, minor consuming liquor in South Thomaston July 22, 2026, $200 fine.

Daniel Baxter Leahy, 32, of Rockland, violating condition of release in Rockland July 31, 2026, guilty.

Joel Long, 59, of Appleton, violating condition of release in Rockland June 29, 2026, $500 fine.

Noah Edward McGrath, 28, of Nashua, N.H., manslaughter in Washington Feb. 9, 2025, 12 years in prison with all but three years suspended, probation four years, restitution $5,500; operating under the influence, causing a death, three years in prison, license suspended 10 years.

McGrath was sentenced by Justice William Stokes in Knox County Court on Sept. 14.

The charges followed a head-on-car crash in on Route 17 in Washington. The driver of the other vehicle, Joshua Theriault-Patten of Newcastle died from his injuries at the hospital. 

According to the police affidavit filed in Knox County Court, McGrath’s blood level was 0.257 when a blood test was taken at Pen Bay Medical Center following the crash. McGrath sustained minor injuries.

Per Maine law, a person is guilty of OUI (operating under the influence) with a BAC (blood alcohol concentration level) of 0.08 or more.

The State Police reconstruction report indicated that McGrath’s operation of his vehicle on the evening of Feb. 9 caused the crash that killed Theriault-Patten.

When police arrived at the scene, they questioned McGrath after smelling alcohol in his breath, and he was unable to answer where he was traveling to or where he had come from, according to the court document.

Christopher McKee, 49, of Camden, carrying passenger on ATV without headgear in Camden July 9, 2026, $100 fine.

Rianna L. Morales, 24, of Washington, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockland Feb. 9, 2024, $250 fine, restitution of $18.45.

Clayton Philbrook, 74, of Matinicus, allowing dog to be at large on Matinicus July 20, 2026, $50 fine.

Stacey Scheider, 48, of Waldoboro, unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland May 22, 2026, $400 fine.

Dean Sylvia, 38, of Rockland, operating vehicle without a license in Thomaston July 10, 2026, $150 fine.

Diovanni T. Thomas, 27, of Waterville, operating after registration suspended in Camden Dec. 31, 2025, $150 fine.

Dulcie Vess, 35, of Boothbay, unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Rockland May 15, 2025, $400 all suspended, two years in jail all suspended, probation two years; violating condition of release in Rockland May 15, 2025, two years in jail all suspended, probation two years; violating condition of release in Rockland May 15, 2025, dismissed.

Christian T. Wall, 29, of Rockland, operating vehicle without license in Rockland June 17, 2026, $150 fine.

Jessica Winslow, 42, of Lincolnville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockland Nov. 1, 2025, $250 fine, restitution of $35.87.
