Influence without principles
Tue, 09/22/2026 - 11:38am
In a recent interview, Susan Collins stated unequivocally that one can’t win if one has principles. To make her point Susan emphasized that was the reason Liz Cheney has no influence. You don’t have to read between the lines; Susan said it clearly — Susan has no principles.
In that same interview Susan Collins said:
“It was utterly predictable that Iran would close the Straits of Hormuz.”
So why didn’t she publish her brilliant prediction? Why didn’t she tell Trump? Because she likes Trump more than Maine or the American servicemen and women who die there.
Susan always has an excuse for her flagrant mistakes. We have put up with all of them for thirty years.
I think it’s high time she be excused from office and we send an honorable Senator to Washington.
