BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity July 28 - Aug. 14.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

July 28

Dallas Hatch, 42, of Searsport, was issued summonses for theft and violating a condition of release on Starrett Drive . 

Aug. 5

James L. Keene III, 33, of Belfast, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Merriam Drive.

Nicolas Goguen, 40, of Waldo, was issued a summons for drinking in public on Northport Ave.

Aug. 14

Christina L. Bailey, 42, of Belfast, was issued a summons for violating a protection order on Dream Lane.
