BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity July 26 - Aug. 6.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

July 26

Daniel V. Prescott, 41, of Northport, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Main Street.

July 27

Lorraine L. Leach, 40, of Belfast, was arrested for unpaid fines.

Joshua Pomeroy, 38, of Searsport, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Northport Ave.
