Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity April 14 - May 14.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
April 14
Cheryl Briggs, 60, of Belfast, was arrested for aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, unlawful possession of a schedule W drug, and unlawful possession of a schedule X drug on Poors Mill Road.
Billie-Jo Frates, 50, of Bucksport, was issued a summons for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug on Poors Mill Road.
April 18
Dakota Green, 32, of Washington, was arrested for violating a condition of release.
April 29
Jenna Ashley, 31, of Belfast, was issued a summons for keeping a dangerous dog on Back Belmont Road.
May 8
Jamie M. Russell, 38, of Belfast, was arrested for operating under the influence and violating a condition of release on Belmont Ave.
