Belfast Police beat
BELFAST Belfast Police reported the following activity Jan. 2-11.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Jan. 2
Michelle Cogswell, 40, of Swanville, was arrested for failure to appear.
Samantha Buchanan, 32, of Belfast, was arrested for failure to appear.
Jan. 3
Sarah C. Butler, 20, of Troy, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Belmont Ave.
Jan. 4
James Greene, 34, of Searsport, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Lincolnville Ave.
Jan. 6
Cristin Harvey, 31, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Northport Ave.
Stephen M. Larrabee, 48, of Brooks, was arrested for passing a roadblock, driving to endanger, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, criminal mischief, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, creating a police standoff, operating after revocation, violating a condition of release, and failure to stop for a police officer on Searsport Ave.
