Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported two traffic infractions April 15-30, with both citations issued for speeding. In addition to the traffic citations, the following activity was reported.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
April 15
Michaela Greenleaf, 24, of Frankfort, was issued a summons for attaching false plates on Swan Lake Ave.
April 21
William Hollyday, 30, of Union, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Lincolnville Ave.
April 23
Matthew Bellegarde, 40, of Rumford, was issued a summon for operating after suspension on Back Belmont Road.
David Winslow, 74, of Searsport, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Swan Lake Ave.
