Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported three traffic infractions March 19-30, with one citation issued for each of the following infractions: registration violation, following too closely, and an inspection sticker violation.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
March 19
Courtney E. Cadreau, 32, of Belfast, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Cobb Road.
March 21
Dustin M. Wood, 31, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft, attaching false plates, and violating a condition of release on Searsport Ave.
March 22
Daniel R. Lapointe, 61, of Knox, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Waterville Road.
March 23
William B. Beck, 57, of Washington, was issued summonses for criminal trespass after an order, two counts of violating a condition of release, and two counts of theft on Starrett Drive.
