Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity March 11-20.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
March 11
Anthony R. Knight, 56, of Belfast, was issued a summons for attaching false plates and violating a condition of release on Marsh Road.
March 14
Dakotah Simpson, 20, of Swanville, was issued summonses for trafficking in prison contraband, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, and unlawful possession of a schedule W drug on Northport Ave.
March 17
Brandon Furbush, 25, of Belfast, was issued a summons for violating a protection from abuse order on Searsport Ave.
March 18
Wendy S. Macfee, 58, of Belfast, was issued summonses for operating after suspension, leaving the scene of a property damage accident on Belmont Ave. Macfee was also issued a citation for an inspection sticker violation.
March 19
Donald Moulton Jr., 62, of Searsport, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Starrett Drive.
