Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported two traffic infractions Feb. 28 - March 11. One citation was issued for speeding, while the other was issued for failure to register a motor vehicle. In addition to the two traffic citations, the following activity was reported.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Feb. 11
Cameron Marden, 19, of Frankfort, was issued a summons for operating without a license on Route 1.
Feb. 28
Austin Hannington, 49, of Swanville, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Main Street.
March 8
Adam Berry, 44, of Lincolnville, was issued summonses for operating under the influence and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs on Lower Congress Street.
March 9
Wendy S. Macfee, 58, of Vinalhaven, was issued summonses for theft and criminal trespass on Starrett Drive.
