Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported three traffic infractions Feb. 14-26, with two of the citations issued for failure to register a vehicle, and the remaining citation issued for failure to stop at a stop sign. In addition to the three traffic infractions, the following activity was reported.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Feb. 15
Christopher Pedersen, 31, of Winterport, was issued a summons for operating with suspended registration on Route 1 in Winterport.
Feb. 18
Ronald Stevenson, 50, of Knox, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Waldo Ave.
