Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Dec. 26 - Jan. 4.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Dec. 26
Allison Brown, 58, of Northport, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Main Street.
Dec. 28
Devon Skillings, 28, of Swanville, was issued summonses for domestic violence reckless conduct, and driving to endanger on Belmont Ave.
Dec. 30
Julia Kosowky, 30, of Belfast, was issued a summons for having dogs at large on Durham Street.
Dec. 31
Henry M. Cook Jr., 73, of Waldo, was arrested for operating under the influence on Oak Hill Road.
Jan. 2
Kelly M. Hathaway, 41, of Rowley, Massachusetts, was issued a summons for a resident failing to obtain a license on Swan Lake Ave.
