Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Oct. 22-31.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Sept. 23 (late entry)
Derek Keller, 31, of Montville, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Franklin Street, stemming from an incident Aug. 30.
Oct. 22
Mark L. Bubar, 39, of Northport, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Starrett Drive.
Oct. 23
Kaitlyn Everett, 26, of Rockland, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer of Lincolnville Ave.
Leslie A. Ryan, 23, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating without a license on Belmont Ave.
Oct. 25
James R. Durand, 28, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on W. Waldo Road.
Oct. 28
Vrasidas Menoudarakos, 53, of Waterville, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Waterville Road.
