Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported two traffic infractions between Oct. 7-20. One traffic citation was issued for failure to provide proof of insurance while the second traffic citation was issued for speeding. In addition to the two traffic infractions, the following activity was reported.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Oct. 7
Nickolas G. Philbrick, 25, of Frankfort, was issued summonses for furnishing a schedule W drug, violation of a protection from abuse order, possessing a loaded firearm in a vehicle, operating after suspension, and violating a condition from abuse on High Street.
Oct. 9
Jason S. Roberts, 31, of Rockland, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Edgecomb Road.
Oct. 13
Stephen Parece, 35, of Appleton, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Waterville Road.
Greggory L. Libby, 31, of Liberty, was arrested for operating under the influence, operating after suspension, and driving to endanger, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, and failure to stop for a police officer on Marsh Road.
Oct. 17
Morgan J. Gerry, 39, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons for theft on Lincolnville Ave.
