Belfast Police beat

    BELFAST — Belfast Police reported three traffic infractions from Oct. 1-16, with all three citations issued for failure to provide proof of insurance. In addition to three traffic citations, the following activity was reported.

    An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

    Sept. 12 (late entry)

    Chandler M. Wilson, 45, of Bucksport, was issued summonses for receiving stolen property and violating a condition of release on Belmont Ave. 

    Oct. 1

    Wendy S. Macfee, 58, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Pitcher Road. 

    Meisha Rice, 39, of Belfast, was issued summonses for violating a condition of release and unlawful possession of a schedule W drug on Miller Street. 

    Oct. 6

    David J. Riley Jr., 38, of Belfast, was issued summonses for domestic violence criminal mischief, and violating a condition of release on Crocker Road. 

    Elizabeth Kilby, 40, of Belfast, was issued a summons for violation of a condition of release on Searsport Ave. 

    Jonathan Crowe, 39, of Belfast, was arrested for failure to report. Crowe was also issued summonses for burglary and forgery on Kaler Road. 

    Christopher A. Merry Jr., 28, of Belfast, was arrested for violating a condition of release on Belmont Ave. 

    Oct. 7

    Wendy Macfee, 58, of Belfast, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and failure to provide proof of insurance on Kaler Road. 

    Michael J. Jacovino, 40, of Winterport, was issued summonses for operating with suspended registration and operating after suspension on Searsport Ave.

    Oct. 8

    Jeremy C. Greatorex, 44, of Stockton Springs, was arrested for failure to appear. 

    Oct. 12

    Meaghan C. Lasala, 35, of Portland, was issued a summons for operating an unregistered vehicle (over 90 days past expiration) on Route 3.

    Oct. 13

    Wyatt G. Lucas, 18, of Belfast, was issued a summons for illegal possession of liquor by a minor on High Street.
