Belfast Police beat

    BELFAST — Belfast Police reported one traffic infraction from Sept. 24-30, for failure to register a vehicle. In addition to the single citation, the following activity was reported. 

    An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named. 

    Sept. 25

    Sidney Harris, 36, of Rockland, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Miller Street. 

    Sept. 26

    Dakota D. Hustus, 24, of Morrill, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Main Street. 

    Sept. 27

    Tina M. Koch, 31, of Bucksport, was issued summonses for assault and criminal mischief on Main Street. 

    Casey E. Flagg, 27, of Belfast, was issued a summons for criminal speed on Route 1. 

    Sept. 28

    Cynthia M. Robey, 52, of Freedom, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on High Street. 

    Meisha Rice, 39, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Stevenson Lane. 

    Sept. 29

    Nacoma Noomyenooneam, 23, of Stockton Springs, was issued a summons for unauthorized use of property on Herrick Road.
