Belfast Police beat

    BELFAST — Belfast Police reported one traffic infraction between Sept. 15-23, for an inspection sticker violation. In addition to the single traffic citation, the following activity was reported. 

    An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named. 

    Sept. 15

    Callasandra-Nichole Nix, 24, of Rockport, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Route 1. 

    Sept. 17

    Dahson Walton, 18, of Belfast, was issued summonses for criminal trespass and assault on Piper Stream Lane.  

    Sept. 20

    Stephen J. Finley, 21, was issued summonses for operating under the influence and illegal possession of a schedule W drug on Waterville Road.

    Sept. 22

    Adam Hauk, 33, of Swanville, was issued summonses for falsifying physical evidence and leaving the scene of a personal injury accident on Kaler Road.
