Belfast Police beat

    BELFAST — Belfast Police reported eight traffic violations from June 29 - July 9, including the following citations: one citation for failure to stop at a stop sign, one for speeding, two citations were issued for inspection sticker violations, three citations for failure to register a motor vehicle, and one citation for failure to provide proof of insurance. In addition to the eight traffic citations issued, police reported the following activity. 

    An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named. 

    June 18

    Sidney Harris, 36, of Belfast, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Stevenson Lane. 

    July 1

    Shane L. Thibodeau, 56, of Limestone, was arrested for operating after suspension and operating under the influence on Waldo Ave. 

    July 2

    April Pattershall, 39, of Stockton Springs, was arrested for violating a condition of release on Public Safety Way. 

    Walber Verissimo Da Silva Neto, 29, of Quincy, Massachusetts, was issued a summons for operating without a license on High Street.

    July 4

    Tyler K. Hutchins, 30, of Searsport, was arrested for operating under the influence and violating a condition of release on Back Searsport Road. 

    July 6

    Donovan Conary, 24, of Belfast, was arrested for violating a condition of release and terrorizing on Piper Stream Road.
