BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Dec. 1-15.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Dec. 5

John R. Gorham, 36, of Islesboro, was arrested for domestic violence criminal mischief on East Shore Road on Islesboro.

Dec. 9

Raymond W. Eugley II, 36, of Windsor, was issued summonses for operating after suspension, attaching false plates, and violating a condition of release on Bangor Road in Unity. 

Todd C. Lunt, 46, of Palermo, was arrested for assault on N. Palermo Road in Palermo.

Asher Gifford, 60, of Montville, was issued a summons for failure to comply with the Sex Offender Registry on Halldale Road in Montville.

Cameron Starkey, 29, of Troy, was issued a summons for failure to comply with the Sex Offender Registry on Detroit Road in Troy. 

Dec. 12

Cerys Victoria, 29, of Stockton Springs, was issued a summons for operating with suspended registration on Route 1A in Prospect.
